Amazon order cancelled?

So i ordered a CD on Amazon and then i got a email today saying that the order was cancelled by the seller because they couldn't ship to my address. It makes no sense because I've ordered from this seller many times. I live in Canada and there's been a Canada Postal Strike going on here recently and idk when it'll end, but could this be the problem with why my order couldn't be shipped here?
