Ebay resolution center?

as a seller a buyer on ebay opened a case at the resolution center. They stated the item I sold was not as described. I have explained in the resolution center my side how the item is exactly as described. However the case just stays open - how to force the case to be decided by ebay. It has been like 20 days and the money is being held.
