What does my dream mean?

A couple of weeks ago, I had this dream that my guy friend (Not boyfriend) said he loved me. I said I loved him to but only as a friend. Though, I might have just said that because it wasn't just the two of us around. Now I'm unsure because of the dream I had last night. In the dream, I remember that I was dying (I don't remember why) and he was walking around but then he saw me and rushed over. I was dying and I told him that I've always loved him. Then in another part, I guess I had survived somehow and we became a couple. Note that in real life, he has a GF. I'm also wondering if this is like a wish fulfillment dream but the odd thing is that I don't like him anymore. What do you think my dream means?
