Should I buy gift cards off of Ebay?

I was thinking about buying a couple gift cards on ebay. theyre really good deals, like $10 for a $300 gift card, and the reviews are all great for the feedback of both sellers. but should i be concerned? will ebay have my back if the gift cards end up not working?
