When clicking Buy Now the seller usually requires immediate payment or you won't be allowed to finish the purchase. There are some sellers that let you do a Buy Now and give a few days for you to pay and they do not send the item until you actually pay for it. Mail does run on Saturdays here in the United States, so I do not know about your country but from our end your package is still moving.
