Hi, you can escalate it to a claim if the seller hasn't responded. It is likely that PayPal will find in your favor but you will probably be required to return the item to the seller, at your expense, by tracked mail. Your refund will include the original shipping, but you will be out of pocket the return shipping costs (unfortunately).
