Paypal temporary hold payment?

I just got a refund from a seller on AliExpress. The refund was �54.04 but it was converted from dollars to pounds. I got an email stating that the money has been refunded and the funds should be available in your account. I checked but their were no fund in my paypal balance. I could see on my account overview that the money has been refunded but again my balance had not been updated. I clicked on details regarding this transaction and it says that it is on 'Temporary hold' and the status is 'placed'. How do i get my money?
